Built using standards-based off-the-shelf systems, TacticalVoice can terminate VoIP calls from your SIP or H.323 gateway into our highly available Voice network. Our Voice Network was carefully built using the latest technologies and offers a highly available architecture through the use of redundant gateway systems. The TacticalVoice Network provides users a local Direct Inward Dial (DID) phone number “presence” from over 43 LEC markets allowing you to keep a number in your home area code.

Offering a fixed monthly cost, TacticalVoice offers a flat-rate calling plan with no additional monthly charges. This approach allows for organizations with strict operational expense budgets to manage their communications cost, while allowing for robust, resilient communications.

TacticalVoice

The TacticalVoice service offers the end-user a single or set of DID line appearances from our Voice Network to your VoIP Gateway. From there, the user can assign single lines to individual IP Phones or group lines to form “Shared Appearances” that are present on all of the IP Phones in the deployment.

The service uses any available means to connect your gateway to the TacticalVoice network (i.e. DSL, Cable, Satellite) and uses AES encryption tunnels to secure the Voice traffic.
