Stevensville, MD (March 12, 2009) -Incident Communication Solutions, LLC (ICS) has completed Phase III and Phase IV of the United States Army National Guard (USARNG) Digital Skills Kits contract.  Each phase delivery was for 7 Digital Skills Kits.

The design, manufacture and delivery of the 70 initial Digital Skills Kits will take place over 10 phases continuing through August 2009.  The first phase delivery was completed in November 2008.

The Digital Skills Kits are custom designed to meet USARNG requirements and are designed as IP-based voice, video, and data technology learning labs. The Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) is designed as a communications system for reliable, secure, and seamless video, data, imagery, and voice services for the US Military.  WIN-T information services help achieve information superiority by providing the necessary communications capabilities to support situational awareness, collaborative planning, dominant maneuver, precision engagement and focused logistics as required by Joint Vision 2010 and Army Vision 2010.
