ICS Completes Installation on United States Secret Service Vehicles

Stevensville, MD (September 18, 2008) Incident Communication Solutions, LLC (ICS) has recently completed a large scale emergency lights and siren installation contract for the United States Secret Service Uniform Division (USSS UD).

The USSS UD is responsible for security at the White House Complex; the vice president's residence; the Department of the Treasury; and foreign diplomatic missions in the Washington, D.C., area. Uniformed Division officers carry out their protective responsibilities through a network of fixed security posts, foot, bicycle, vehicular and motorcycle patrols.

Over a three month period, more than 60 USSS UD vehicles were transported to ICS headquarters in Stevensville, MD for the installations. ICS installed custom lights and sirens packages into the USSS UD vehicles.  Installations were tailored to meet the USSS UD specifications for each vehicle depending on the unit’s application.
